Three Minute Trend Talk™ – A Trip Down Memory Lane

One of my big projects for the week is that my 2009 book titled “On the Right Side of the Market” will be hitting the audio bookshelves next week on Audible and it’s been a rewarding trip down memory lane as I’ve been narrating the book myself. Re-reading the book has reinforced that while it was written 12 years ago we’re still dealing with nearly every issue I wrote about, and it’s still as relevant today as it was back in 2009. The fallout of high-risk policies that were first enacted more than a decade ago are coming home to roost now, and so I have two new predictions to share on what I believe happens next.
